Sunny sessions

It's been great to have the sun shining recently and see the rainbow 🌈 of running kit on club nights. The turnout has been increasing week on week. It's lovely to see familiar faces return & new ones come along too.

The club has also been venturing along new paths, trying new routes

and mixing things up with agility sessions.

A great way to improve running is to keep things fresh and fun.
